With over 25 years of insurance industry experience, I knew from the start that insurance was the industry for me. In record time, I rose from my very first position as a receptionist to a Customer Service Representative, first in personal and then commercial lines insurance. I earned my professional certification designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 2001.
Quickly moving to management, I was promoted to Commercial Lines Manager for insurance agencies in Gaithersburg and Bethesda, MD, managing agents, support staff, and a large volume of accounts.
